Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out to us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@outfitlux.com for more information.
Return Process:
Step 1: Contact us at support@outfitlux.com and provide your order number, real photos or video of items, and reason for returning.
Step 2: Customer service will evaluate and assist you with the free return label.
Step 3: Print the label and send the items back to us.
Note: The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order:
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled.
Note: We will need 2-5 days to produce your items (the shoes or customized bags will require extra time) and 7 – 10 days to ship them out to you. Please contact us within 48 hours to best facilitate a refund or product exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@outfitlux.com.
